Here we have a stunning example of a 1966 Fender Telecaster in Blonde finish.
Alder body, Maple neck with a Rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays.Original vintage style double line Kluson tuners, (the Low E machine head looks like it was replaced at some point in time for some reason).The frets are in good shape and do not show much wear or pitting, the truss rod is almost flush to the neck heel and the neck is straight.The pickups and electrics are factory beside the Capacitor which looks like hit has been replaced, (the original does come with it)The tone pot can be dated to the 12th week of 1966, the volume has the digits covered by solder and we can not see them.Thew neck date stamp is March '66. The scratch plate is in good shape also beside a small corner missing and a little crack on one of the screw holes below the bridge (see images). This guitar weighs 3.25Kg or 7.16LbIt has a nut width of 40mm approx.In very good condition throughout beside normal playing wear most of which is on the top shoulder. (See images). This is an incredible player and really good sounding tele.Comes with the original hardshell case and ashtray.
