1978 GIBSON LES PAUL DELUXE CHERRY SUNBURST. Here is a very pretty Gibson Les Paul Deluxe with a 1977 serial number. It is all original except for the added Grovers, a metal input jack surround and the missing guard. There is a small and perfectly stable head-stock crack which is old and professionally repaired (this is more than reflected in our asking price) and some marks from a wall hangar by the repair. All four pots date to January 1978. Plenty of life in the original frets. The guitar weighs exactly 10 pounds. It has a very figured fret-board (although 78 is too late for Brazilian) and comes in a non original but fully functional hard case.
