1996 Gibson Citation Archtop Natural finish. Here we have a stunning Citation guitar from 1996, it is also number #006 on the run. If you are looking for one of these, you most likely know what these guitars are about. Double multi-ply Bound 17” Full depth body with figured Maple back and sides. Solid Carved Spruce top with Bound F-holes. 
The neck on this one is made of 3 piece figured Maple with what looks like mahogany/walnut strips. Bound Ebony fingerboard with a 12” radius and Abalone Cloud/Block inlays. The frets do show minimal wear and very light pitting on the usual first three frets. 
Multi-ply and double bound headstock with a volute and Abalone inlays. 
The back of the headstock is also inlayed with the Fleur-De-Lis that we do find at the front. Deluxe machine heads, also engraved with the Fleur-De-Lis. 
Ebony floating bridge, also inlayed with abalone and Gold wire Citation tailpiece. 
Bound Flamed maple pickguard Single floating pickup attached to the Maple pickguard with volume control and jack o/p. The nut width is 42.5 mm. This guitar weighs 3.265 Kg or 7.2 lb. In excellent condition throughout, few minor marks, (impossible to photograph as they are very small). 
There is a little bit of colour bleed from the case lining into the binding and faintly on the wood at the bottom and sides on the guitar. Comes with the original leather like covered deluxe hardshell case and case cover.
