This is a unique Custom L5 CT in see through Cherry red finish. It was made for Alan Rogan ( guitar tech to the stars ) as a series of a couple of red guitars in this finish. The other being a Gibson J185. It was specifically made with a single P90 in the rear treble position and not at the up at the neck. The aim was for a more Rock n Roll sounding instrument than a Jazz guitar. The guitar has a very highly figure Maple back and sides with three piece Maple neck with a stinger and an Ebony fingerboard. Single P90 with all gold parts and Tune O matic bridge.
The nut width is 44mm and it weighs 7.62 or 3.45 Kg. The guitar actually comes with an original brown Lifton 1950’s case. Great sounding and playing unique guitar.
