2005 Gretsch G6128-DSV Duo Jet. In Black lacquer finish. This guitar is first year of this production run from the Japanese factory. This run ended in 2013. Originally from the factory with a Fixed Bigsby Arm, this guitar has had the arm changed as well as the bridge top. It is currently set up with a swivel arm and a new bridge. The original arm as well as an ABR1 style bridge do come with it. We believe these came out the factory with a Synchro-Sonic (Melita) bridge which is no longer present. Bound single cutaway chambered Mahogany Body with an arched laminated Maple top. Finished in Nitrocellulose Lacquer and with a Body Depth of 1.75" (44.45 mm). The lower bout width is 13.25" (33.65 cm). One piece set Mahogany neck with a bound 12” radius rosewood fingerboard and 22 vintage style frets. The frets are in great condition and do show only minimal wear. Vintage-style Pearloid Block Inlays and a nut width of 1.6875" (43 mm). The overall scale length is 24.6" (62.5 cm). Two DynaSonic™ Single-Coil pickups, for both the neck and the bridge. With a 3-Position Toggle: Position 1. Bridge Pickup, Position 2. Bridge and Neck Pickups, Position 3. Neck Pickup. The controls are as follow: Volume 1. (Neck Pickup), Volume 2. (Bridge Pickup), Master Tone and Master Volume. Chrome plated hardware, Grover® Sta-Tite™ Die-cast Tuners, Bigsby® B6CBST Vibrato Tailpiece w/ Stationary Vintage Flat Handle (included) and a swivel arm. ABR1 bridge. Some Unique Features for these guitars are: Aged Vintage Wide-Block Pearloid Inlay Position Markers, Aged Fingerboard and Headstock Binding, Multiple Aged Body Bindings, Black Headstock Overlay, Inlaid Pearloid Gretsch Logo on Headstock, Silver Plexi Pickguard, Polished Aluminum Bigsby® with "Plain Face" and Stationary Handle, G Arrow Control Knobs, Knurled Strap Retainer Knobs, Adjustable Truss Rod. This guitar weighs 6.89Lb or 3.12Kg. In very good condition throughout, some light playing wear marks and few tiny dings. Comes with the original deluxe black tolex hardshell case, tags, COA, extra tremolo arm/spring and extra bridge.
