2007 Fender American Vintage '57 Hot Rod Stratocaster. Fantastic American Vintage re-issue with hot rod and modern features.
’57 contoured one piece Alder body finished in Nitrocellulose Candy Apple Red. 
Very comfortable flatter V ’57 profile maple neck with a 9.5” radius Maple fingerboard. 21 Medium jumbo frets. Vintage style bridge and tuners. The electrics is where this guitar shines. Samarium Cobalt noiseless Neck and middle pickup. Di Marzio Tone Zone at the bridge. !! This guitar has had the Bridge Di Marzio replaced with a Samarium Cobalt noiseless bridge pickup to match the rest of the set. The original Tone Zone humbucker does come with it and can easily be reinstated. The bridge tone control has also been modified so that it controls the middle pickup as there was no tone control with the original factory wiring for the middle pickup. Usual 5 way toggle switch, master volume and 2 tone controls. 
Single ply 50s style pickguard. The guitar is in overall very good condition, it does show some playing wear and has a few light marks. Nothing major, no breaks or repairs. There is some wear on the neck heel. (Please refer to the photos). The frets are still in excellent shape and show minimal to no pitting/wear. The nut width is 42.5mm. The guitar weighs 3.52 Kg or 7.76Lb. Excellent player and great sounding Strat! Comes with a fender brown tolex hardshell case, 2 tremolo arms (one has been modified to a shorter length), tags, booklet, a vintage style leather strap and some spare picks.
