2017 Limited Edition American Professional Pine Jazzmaster 
The guitar is built by Fender using 130 year old Eastern White Pine from the Old Globe Grain Elevator in Superior, Wisconsin. Never gigged, just played in the studio, the guitar is in excellent condition throughout and has minimal to no sign of wear. The scratch plate was changed to a tortoiseshell and a set of new bare knuckle humbuckers was also professionally fitted. The black anodised scratch plate and the original V-Mod single-coil Jazzmaster pickups are in the case and come with it.  Here's what Fender say about the FSR Exotic American Professional Pine Jazzmaster, Natural Fender's original prototype instruments were fashioned from pine and now, with the 2017 Limited Edition American Vintage '59 Pine Jazzmaster we've come full circle. This body wood began its functional life over 100 years ago, as part of the Buckstaff. Furniture Company's facility in Oshkosh, WI before it was reclaimed, cooked and fashioned into an instrument. The grain, knotholes and man-made imperfections make each one unique.
